Apart from producing significant publications to accompany his touring exhibitions, Gavin Wilson is also the author of the monograph John Firth-Smith: A Voyage That Never Ends published by Craftsman House in 2000. He had recently prepared the monograph Harbourlights: the art & times of Peter Kingston for Thames & Hudson published in December 2004.
